Prices and Guarantees
We keep our prices clear and simple by charging a fixed labour fee + cost of parts + vat. The engineer will always give you a quotation for any parts needed to fix the machine before they are fitted. If the machine is uneconomical to repair then we will only charge half of the labour fee as call out and diagnosis charge. If the part needed is too expensive you are not obliged to carry on with the work and again we will just charge half of the labour fee. Our prices are slightly more for London postcodes due to traffic, parking and congestion charges but you will find this is still reasonable compared to most appliance repair companies operating in this location. If something is clearly broken we are happy to give you a price over the phone but will require a picture of the part and the label to be sent to the office. If the price seems reasonable we can check to see if we have it stock or if not we can order it in which will only take a couple of days.
Office opening times – Monday to Friday 9-5. Please use the online booking system if the office is closed.
Repair times – Monday to Friday 7-7:30am (first call), 7-9, 9-12, 12-3, 3-4 (last call). For customers that have busy schedules we will always try to be flexible.
Please be aware it is very rare for our engineers to fix a machine that has had been in a flood, fire or has been infested so please do not waste our time and your money trying to fix it.
We always give a guarantee of 3 months for any parts we repair or fit. We cannot give a guarantee for any blockages, cosmetic damage or for any part that has been affected by a different faulty part for instance if we fit a new pump and 2 months later the pump is faulty due to hair clip blocking it. We do not guarantee any part or machine that is damaged due to neglect, flooding, fire, infestation or damp.
