My washing machine stopped working and showed an error, at 3pm I requested a booking pushing My luck to see if I could get an engineer out same day. The lady taking my call initially said she couldn’t fit me in but Kieran said he didn’t mind as he lived in my area. Came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out tests efficiently. Very friendly and knowledgable. Thank you Kieran!

Good response, easy terms and cost evaluation. Faulty replacement unit was replaced without fuss. My Tenets on the other hand slow and whiny. Thanks for persevering. Washing machine now functioning as expected.
