After trying to rectify the problem myself I called spin doctor first thing on Monday morning. By 12 pm the engineer had arrived. He was thorough, checked everything and fixed the problem. He even phoned me later in the afternoon to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic service!.

Both were very polite and clean workers. The whole process took about an hour and the machine now working perfectly.
