If your dishwasher has a fault give us a call and we should be able to get to you straight away. We have 4 engineers based in around Romford so we may even be able to get to you on the same day. We can usually fix your dishwasher on the first visit due to carrying a vast range of spare parts on the van. We provide first calls for busy customers which are 7-7:15 and we would expect to finish by 8 am so you do not need a day off of work. For flexible customers our appointments are 7-9, 9-12, 12-3 or 3-4. Our booking system will send you a text message which usually gives 15-30 minutes allowing you to carry on with your day as normal.
The prices that we charge are very competitive. If you compare the prices of some of our large competitors or the manufacturers you should find our fees much lower.
We also give a great service for landlords. We will call the tenant, arrange the appointment and will call you when we are there to explain the fault and the charges. We can take payment over the phone using a card machine and the engineer will email you a receipt before they have left. He can even email you pictures of the fault or faulty part if required.
