Booking a repair in Letchworth
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

10/10Washing machine repair
Easy to book. Next day appointment. Fixed quickly and efficiently.
10/10Washing machine replacement
Booked a washing machine repair online, booking form was easy to use and quickly got a confirmation for the following day. Machine was beyond repair but engineer was able to quickly arrange a quote for a new one which was priced competitively (even with removal and installation costs included). Again, this was arranged very quickly and got my new machine two days after ordering. Excellent communication throughout, including a "heads-up" text when the engineers are on their way. Would 100% recommend Spin Doctor!
