Ingatestone is ten minutes from Brentwood and Chelmsford, so it's one of the easiest places for us to reach on a same-day call. Our engineers are in Ingatestone most days, so when your appliance gives up, we're usually able to get to you the same day or the next working day. Book online, tell us the fault, and we'll turn up with the likely parts already on the van.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

We contacted Spin Doctor when our dishwasher stopped heating. Craig was fantastic - very efficient and really friendly. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Great service. We will definitely contact them again if we need help with any other appliances.
Great help - fitter was out quickly and he did a great job of diagnosing the problem and giving unbiased help as to what to do. Ended up replacing our dishwasher, thank you Phil for all your help!
