Lovely and kind Jamie came to repair our heating element for our oven. Spin Doctor were quick with contact and kept me well informed, explained the process and terms clearly, and kept good contact throughout. Came out the following morning. While it was a quick job, Jamie was thorough and kind in not making me feel silly for not replacing something so simple myself. Would 10/10 use again, thank you
