Hertfordshire · HP4
Berkhamsted is between Hemel Hempstead and Tring and is covered from the Hemel side, usually next day. If you're in Berkhamsted and your appliance has stopped working, you don't need to wait a week for the manufacturer. We cover HP4 from our Harlow base with local engineers, and most repairs are finished on the first visit.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

Engineers like Chris and David come up by name in local reviews. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
